How many hours it takes is going to depend entirely on the details of the project and how well all of the players involved (including you and your client) work together.If you're really trying to do this at scale and build "unlimited" houses, ditch the bring-your-own-materials plan and start building excellent relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and govt. building departments in the areas you want to build.

But surely those who goad the country and states to an abyss should be challenged in courts of law, the last resort of Citizenry to bring grievances and ask for righting the wrong. 

Try to find your people in different places and set up a screening system that weeds out the weak players and crybabies.

Is your property in one of the resorts (Champions Gate, Storey Lake, etc) or off in a private neigbhorhood?
