First, you should know that this is a kitchen and prototype for an 81 unit luxury rental project just outside of White Plains, NY.

I'm currently working on an 81 Unit Luxury Rental property just outside of White Plains in Elmsford, NY. 

ALL the homes were built in a factory.. transported there and erected in less than 5 days.they are factory built but not in the style we are thinking of a box mobile home towed down the road.Or like we have done in Oakland CA over the years.. predominantly low income areas were we provide a new house.. but stick built is not feasible so we drag in the manufactured homes.And trying to get a RE agent to lose his license is pretty tough.. unless you just are plain mean.

Am I legally responsible if I rehab the house and rent it and someone gets sick?

Probably take a break from a future renovation project, just because I'm sick of dealing with f**king contractors every day!  

We're out in Jamaica Plain (fairly close to NEU) managing a few duplexes.  

Any landlords out there in the Greater Cedar Rapids, Iowa City area sick of their Coin-Op laundry suppliers? 

What if the person who pays bills gets sick and a secondary person forgets this as its not common everywhere. 

I'm looking along the lines of plain stained concrete, $3 psf tile/carpet etc and nice box store cabinets not a glitzy custom project.
