The earlier you can complete the penny pinching, self-taught education and networking necessary to begin investing from scratch, the better.  

Books on your phone is also great in a time pinch.

This all is really just a way for me to get to drink chocolate milk.

Like a dozen homemade chocolate cookies just call or get a free or low cost lottery ticket (proceeds to a church donation),  Meanwhile you get is a chance to meet them, ask for biz or referral and go from there.  

I would suggest doing some more digging with the City...show up in person with some chocolate if you have to!

I know the corner variety store owner doesn't care much if a candy bar or a chocolate bar sells more but I'm sure they will replace the product just as fast and repeat the process.

People are People; Tenants are Tenants - - something like a "Box full of chocolates".I don't like Section 8 because they takeover the terms and conditions of my lease.I am the owner / operator and Uncle  Sam can do as they please with HUD.  

Its a great place,  Hershey Med/Penn State  is a HUGE employer in the area, along with Hershey chocolate, state capitol in Harrisburg and numerous other good employers .

Hi Laura,I personally prefer to live in house with no trees blocking it's view from the front yard, but a lot of people (as you can see from the posts) like trees in the yard (some like the house almost totally obfuscated and will plant even more).So if it were mine, I'd leave the trees for that reason, and just darken the shutters to a dark chocolate color, leave the paint as is (if it's in average condition), leave the fake well because it seems to match the structure and not detract from it (if new owners don't like it they can remove it easily) and take the shrubs down to foundation height to make the house look bigger.But if I were living there myself, those trees would be firewood for that fireplace (something your Realtor could point out to prospective buyers).
