I just got an accepted offer with a Chicago based seller with $50,000 EMD on a Milwaukee property, fortunately my guess was right - agent told me later that the seller was irritated with 1% EMD offers - why so low, she asked?

Why not just get her gone when it is easy to get another tenant.Plus you said you can probably collect in court.Seems like she is more irritating - but you are still getting $$s
