Or if you want to GC, then get this person to bid for the plumbing and get their buddies to bid on the other stuff (their suggested painter) vs your existing contractors (your painter(s)).

I have seen painters in haste apply the paint heavy trying to get out with one coat.Also have had issues in high humidity areas such as New England in the summer getting paint to dry quickly.

I had a unit turn sheet ,, I had maintenance go thru once we got notice, I scheduled the painters, the shampooers and needed expected repair supplies, toilet seats, blinds, or blind slats,, what ever.
