Technically, the rules of civil procedure say I don't have to appear for oral hearing if the debtor didn't make an appearance, but most judges make us anyway, so that is additional JF fee.

Go for it...and get another CPA.If you have a traditional retirement account, this is a good time to consider a Roth conversion while your earned income is low...may be able to convert some or all of it (over time) tax free.

Based on the unique ID # used to identify each property we cross-referenced each list against the others to find the correlations.The result is lists of houses that fit at least one of the criteria or all of them or anything in between.

-you don’t have to pay interest on a large fixed sum of money until you find or are ready to pull the trigger on a deal-it allows you lock in some or all of the amount at a fixed rate so your protected against rising interest rates ( given the current market conditions I believe we will see a couple more increases from the Fed this year which will increase borrowing costs for any variable rate products)- See this attached article that does a good job of simplifying it https://www.investopedia.com/mortgage/heloc/fixed-rate-option/

If you didn't agree to waive their deposits in writing or there's no agreement, I'd hold all responsible.If one tenant (or all) caused the dryer jam, it's their responsibility.
