I was an investor long before I became a realtor and it drove me nuts when realtors asked for a buyers rep agreement before looking for investment properties.

Credit is good and rental incomes cover monthly "nut".I'm knee deep in boosting NOI on my 1st commercial apt - 6plex that was seller financed - but thinking out to a cashout refi.

(I live in upstate SC)I know I'm going to have to be comfortable trusting a property manager for aNY project for it to be scalable, but  the prospects of having one of the tenants in a turnaround park watch over an entire asset while I'm away seems nuts, at least in my brain.

:) ) It drives me nuts when I look at a listing that says NNN, only to find out it really isn't "absolute".  

Now, I've heard whispers that Globeville is about to go completely nuts and might be the only place to invest in Denver Proper for any B&H investor. 

1 of my tenants has either fruit flies or Drain flies.
