Keep them and milk the period where there should be low maintenance costs and then when the homes become vacant assess the market then if it is a good idea to sell or not at that point.

My EIDL $1k i guess could also turn into a royal mess of paper work all for a lousy $1k that I hope in the process of messy paperwork I will be afforded an op to return it (if it comes to a messy end all for $1k).This mess has indeed turned into blind alleys where you make the turn then wham you're stuck in quick sand when it was initially advertised as "milk and honey to save your business and employees jobs".

Financially I was more than fine living off of my business/REI income for my requirements so I felt comfortable to walk away without looking back.My personal advice would be to use your 9-5 as much as you possibly can, milk it.
