If you're property is listed on Zillow, FB Marketplace etc., you should be getting enough volume of leads if the price is even somewhat attractive.

I would highly recommend FB marketplace and also joining local FB real estate, rental, and leasing groups. 

Facebook marketplace for all the furniture is a move too.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.

If you are still not finding what you are looking for, you may have to begin researching how to find off-market deals.Don’t forget that BP has its own marketplace where you just might find what you’re looking for. 

I usually search craigslist and FB market place and put mine a little lower to get more qualified applicants. 

I don’t think your first qualified tenant should have come from FB marketplace.

In the Cincinnati market area, used washer and dryer sets go begging on FB Marketplace.

In years past this was called the "Marketplace" and you had to be a paid pro member to do this.

Wholesalers overcome these problems for sellers and create value for buyers by offering transactions otherwise unavailable in the marketplace.
