We have around 20k in savings we’re hoping to do our first BRRR with using a FHA loan in the future.

@Jerry Chilimidos I am not a CPA owever my understanding is any loans to your IRA can not be personally guaranteed.

I can likely do this loan, but in all fairness, with this type of loan I suspect a community bank is going to beat me out.

What you have is a few guys that have way over 100 years combined experience with investors and investor deals and we know what it looks like when investors are at very high risk of taking a 100% loss..

Those loans take  about 45 days to put together.  

Thanks Hi Spencer, I have a seven-figure portfolio that is a combination of both hands-on (direct real estate) and hands-off (syndication and crowdfunding)In my opinion, both have their pros and cons and neither is 100% superior to the other.
