My current home has views of uptown and I also have a quarter acre lot and am in walking distance to the NFL stadium, NBA arena, new minor league baseball stadium and a host of restaurants the theater, and museums.Seversville is the adjacent neighborhood where we are building 6 new bungalow homes.

Louis.It’s actually a pretty sweet deal: close military family who take pride in executing the mission while looking out for each other; relatively close to several major cities (St Louis, Chicago, Nashville, Memphis), but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle; easy access to many outdoor activities; growing tech industry, close to five excellent transportation routes (the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, and I-70, I-64, I-55); and an exciting baseball team (I’ve drank the Kool-aide and am now a solid Cardinals fan).Talk about Location!

MHP shopping centers  and land developments ( which I brought most of those and worked on entitlements).they then did what many did and went to dallas for greener pastures only to lose the properties and because as you state in those days the GP did a PG.. they ended up with a over million dollar judgment on them from a Texas bank. it was major league ugly.

Here, I play softball with leagues consisting of 250 teams,  pickleball on one of 150 Pickle ball courts ( can"t play in Oregon because the courts would always be wet!)
