I've already picked up a couple and knocked them down.

The sellers kept saying how once word got out that they were selling they had over 15 people knock and ask to pay 1 mil cash for the land that I got ofr 720k.....So if all fails or falls apart before breaking ground I have an exit strategy that still yields a decent return 34% if I sold the land now.

Cool, I got a younger fella out there that is going to start knocking on some doors here soon.

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.

This is no means a knock on him because he's one of the few on these forums who appears to be the real deal but the guys James is chasing all have far more votes relative to posts. 

I skip traced the address, but I could not find the owner's information, so I knocked on the door.

@Bubba McCants what we've done over the years is learn from the school of hard knocks and copy & paste from competitors:)If you don't have time to do all that, we'll sell you ours:)
