We are in contact with the FBI, Attorney General and various other enforcements to bring him to justice.

The police officer basically informed me because the friend has been there over a week he can't do anything and that I have to give a notice of eviction for the friend with a reasonable amount of time to vacate and if that failed(it did) to file an eviction notice with the local justice of the peace which I have done.

Cashflow is the name of the game, appreciation is just icing on the cake.  

The Department of Justice report released last week shows we need a lot of improvements in training, supervision and other aspects of policing but doesn’t address the problems with entities of government, including city hall, city council, and other agencies.

Plus consider the appreciation potential, which of course is just icing on the cake, but it's going to matter in 20 years significantly since you're such a young investor. 

Photography might be the easiest entry point, just look through listings and find ones where the house looks like it is nice, but the photos aren't doing it justice.
