There is some money to juggle there. There is no organization I know of that helps investors with costs.Go fund me, stand on the corner with a cup, ask family for gift, sell that fancy mountain bike, the drawer of old phones, ask escrow/attorney for $100 discount and roll both notary services into one deal (save $200), get someone else to put one of the bills like inspector on their credit card, ask seller to credit some rents, you are very close, there is a way, tax refund coming get an advance on it somewhere

multiple loans at the same time?
8 August 2016 | 7 replies
I have two properties that I am ready to make an offer on (one in NC and the other in IN)I have lenders sorted out for both of those states but I am a little unsure on what would be the best way to juggle these loans at this point.I would really like to put an offer in on both properties at the same time and get the ball rolling on both (I have more than enough for the 20% down payment on both properties)My question is, am I doing anything wrong by trying to have two separate properties with separate lenders close at the same time?
