I wasn't sure why he was telling me this, but now I figure its probably to see if I had heard about this incident from the other tenant. 

Due to the nature of the incident, I was able to give a shorter notice to vacate (14 days vs normal 30 days).

I have really learned a lot by this incident.

I emailed my unresponsive landlord Monday morning with pictures, and police incident report number.

Its because we believe that our real estate agents, teachers, and preachers, etc need weapons :) Most real estate transactions are completed without incidents of violence.

My unit is the only one to have this issue going on.I reported the incident as soon as I saw water on my hardwood floor in my bedroom coming from that exterior wall under the baseboard moulding.
