Hello All,

Being here a while and learning alot from all of you. I'm currently on my first flip and it's a whopper of a job. Everything needs to be done from roof to plumbing the whole nine yard. Well that's not the headache, I also have a small condo and a really nice young lady that been with me for 1.5 years, now she requesting to break her lease due to the up-stair's unit continuous greywater leak. It has now happened 4 time in the last few months. I have been in contact with the upstair unit owner and his insurance company, insurance works slow. And I’m assuming the unit owner is trying his best, but 6 months lease gone and continuing problems.

What would you do? Last night incident push me over the edge. I’m thinking about getting a lawyer involved. Any recommendations in the New Haven surrounding area?
