I've read many books and listened to just about every podcast on BPpodcast but I know the forums can provide a TREMENDOUS amount of knowledge and enlightenment! 

After reading this thread, I must say that it has been enlightening.

Maybe one of you fine gentleman can enlighten me on several of them.

However, my husband did this without my knowledge and is now enlightened as to what should be done first, but what's done is done now.

Being a know-it-all, you should know how everyone operates so please enlighten us.

But I eventually went through a enlightenment where it comes to debt.

I'm glad I asked the question and have been even more enlightened by the various responses.

I see heightened risks with STRs (increased regulation, additional taxes, far more sensitive to recessions and natural disasters), but I guess that's part of the reason you're seeing good returns.I don't know what selling platforms exist for STRs.

Can you enlighten me further of the specific reasons why this is a bad enough reason that FM won't lend on it?
