I wouldn't remove auto-pay on your utilities from your credit/debit card if you have them, don't want to miss your electric bill by accident but any daily/casual/somewhat necessary spending is cash.

Like you mentioned, frequent crashes, problems uploading photos, weird restrictions on what words can't be used, listings removed for no obvious reason. ....and, to me, the navigation/operation is very unintuitive and cumbersome.

🤔We are 2 months removed from the NAR lawsuit settlement changes.What I am seeing....✅ Buyers still working with buyer’s agents✅ Most sellers still offering a buyer’s agent compensation✅ More transparency to buyers and sellersSure there were some changes, but I am seeing things are BUSINESS AS USUAL.Seller’s are still given the opportunity to negotiate all commissions (including if they choose to pay a buyer’s agent), and buyers are still given the opportunity to do the same regarding their agent’s commission

In Metro Detroit area, police will not remove these types of occupants (they are afraid of scamming landlord having police remove legal tenants), calling them a "civil matter" forcing landlord to start court eviction process.
