PM-specific apps will tend to have less emphasis on granular accounting, but personally this hasn't been a problem for me; I want to keep track of more than just finances, especially when there are partners involved.

I used to live in the Indy area so I was much more familiar with neighborhoods, even down to certain streets, which I now have gotten to know on a more granular level.

You have to get a bit more granular.

This kind of granular research can lay the foundation for picking the right location and setting financial expectations accurately. 

Of course, every market is granular.

I want the granularity found with HFS but hate the bookkeeping and data entry side of things. 

The fact that all your belongings are still in the home and you will not re-paint and carpet after each guest leaves also attributes to the more granular stipulations. 

The next steps would typically involve more granular, neighborhood-level analysis, property inspections, and seeking advice from local real estate professionals.
