What was the event or action you took that no longer made you feel like an imposter but a real investor?

I feel like those lists are sold and resold numerous times over and over again for the same data.

I have built enough capital to feel comfortable investing heavily and am interested in either a flip, small multi family, or commercial.

Not sure if it's because you started with my name but this response makes me feel more safe to share more details.Its an interesting multifamily that was repositioned to be rented out by bedroom with the majority of the rents being paid by nonprofits. 

If you feel like you did the tax returns incorrectly the past few years, you can have your new accountant look them over.If they see an error, there might be an opportunity to amend the tax returns and get a refund.Best of luck.

That pace feels pretty good to me...I can get past the "rookie mistake" phase of my career before there is investor money on the line, and I can "fail small" because SFRs and small multifamily doesn't hurt as much as larger properties when things go wrong.Timing had a role, too.

Because they will get defensive if they feel you are pressuring them.
