My father has been buying and selling real estate (mostly commercial) and he has taught me a little bit.

Hello Everyone, My Father has a land in San Bernadino, CA and is asking me if I can find out what to do with the land that he inherit from my grandpa.

I also purchased a condo in Scottsdale, AZ in 2010 with my Father.  

I have been playing with the idea of real estate investing since my father passed and I suppose his entrepreneurial spirit fell upon me along with his love for our community.

My father owns a construction company in my hometown, so I have spent my fair share of summers swinging hammers and digging holes.I am employed as a full time engineer and I am looking towards real estate to supplement my income and build a more stable future for my fiancé and myself in this exciting stages of our lives.

He was born in Knoxville, but raised in North Augusta, SC after his father took a nuclear engineering job there.

Currently learning, but I look at REI to give me the freedom to do the below things...1) Be Financially free2) Be the best husband and father I can be to my future children by spending as much time with them as I can!
