2 or 3 separate entrances. 

They also stuck up signs a week ahead of time at the entrances saying rent was due.

If there is a water leak, that should be classified as an emergency repair and justify entrance with less than 24 hours notice.

If you are looking to make this officially separate it or make it a multi-family, I recommend engaging an architect in your area as well as the building department as you will need to meet certain criteria (independent entrance, another mailbox, etc.) 

I know its a strange front entrance but budget does not allow me to move it so we are doing landscaping and painting.I hate yellow but I cannot figure another color to go with all this orange brick/roof
