If I had maxed my TSP the first 4 years of my enlistment I would have enough in that account to generate $60k a year when I retire, and never have to contribute again.

When buying a home one should have the option to enlist the services of a realtor, but not for a massive percentage, for a set price or per hour like a lawyer.

Now that I'm back from deployment and nearing the end of my enlistment, I'm looking to get kickstarted towards succeeding in real estate investing, so I figured I'd reintroduce myself.I'm originally from just south of Chicago, Illinois, and will be moving back to that general area once my contract with the Marines is over. 

I then decided to enlist in the Navy and that path has sent me to several great places and ending here in Virginia.

If you aren't married, you won't get BAH so you will be limited on what you can purchase as enlisted military pay isn't very much.
