Since I enjoy the management and improvements and tools and growing a business, I chose to acquire my own properties.As for whether syndication is the "best way" ... it's totally whether the syndicator is good or not. 

I enjoy helping new investors avoid common pitfalls and use loopholes to build their REI portfolio.

But my 4 renters are in there 30's-50's and work 50+ hours / week building naval ships and submarines and they enjoy being close enough to walk to the shipyard and coming home to a brand new house with all the modern upgrades. 

I called the CEO of the prop management company but he didn't want to tell me the reasons, just stated that they have high ethical standards.This person that got let go was really fast on answers and I enjoyed working with him, reason why I was confident this management company was a good one.

My passion for real estate has been a lifelong journey, and I’m thrilled to channel that enthusiasm into helping others find their perfect home.When I’m not busy with real estate, you can find me skydive diving, hitting the gym, capturing moments through photography, or enjoying long walks and runs with my dog, Chip.
