Hey @Jack Tinker I wasn't yet investing at that point, but in order to protect your assets, make sure you only buy properties that produce positive monthly cash flow net of budgeting for maintenance, vacancy, repairs, etc.It'll allow you to endure almost any market cycles.

@Mark Tabah I'm sorry you're enduring this needless vacancy, but I have to ask - is a management agreement not required to be in place for this PM to do the work you are expecting?

I have a wonderful brother in law who would partner up with me, just want to hear some background information or experiences with people that had partners. we will both be going 50/50 on the capital and whatever expense we endure.
