Can’t watch a show or game without seeing Booking.com ads.

Some amenities are crucial and obvious (pots and pans, plates, linens, good Wi-Fi), some are unnecessary and obviously so (personal movie theater with arcade game room), but the trickier amenities lie in the 2 middle zones.What are some necessary amenities that you might overlook? 

I think diversity is great in a portfolio but so is scaling the area you are currently doing well in.

I don't know what the issue is/was, but I think a lot of customers want to play games and he probably did his best to keep them on the straight and narrow.

If your game plan is to pay it off with prepaying all your money you absolutely need a HELOC however don't need to use.

Adding additional bathrooms (like a master ensuite) can be a game-changer.3.

You just have to get in the game, learn, and adapt as you go. 

So you will need to have skin in the game.

I guess it’s just a waiting game from here on out.
