It was a delight to look into their little eyes, enjoy the innocence in their smiles, and feel confident about the freedom that they enjoy.

The cost of medicine keeps going up (Much to the delight of the pharm companies) so what would it mean for income tax would that go up as well?

Since I'm showing the house to other prospects anyway, I just tell them to come and see the house anyway, bad credit or not.But hey, someone's going to cave in and rent to her.It makes me sad the prospects around here are just awful.Maybe I'll find better candidates in May or June.High schools and colleges should really make it mandatory for students to take a course on money management.

As soon as I and renewed the lease the tenant wrote me this long message with all these thing wrong, including drain smells bad(she’s been putting bleach down the drain to kill the odor, the lights in the kitchen and bedroom are flickering(this ones easily fixable) & the bathroom floor is in-caving because of water damage(she suggested a new shower door).

There have been times in my career when I was looking at oil refineries and single-family residences in the same day; caves and farms; restaurants and churches; 4-plexes and golf courses; anything type of property.In agreement, the above comments are more than correct on time and investment to becoming one.

So the "ADU" was allowed much to my delight:-) You can call it a stroke of luck, but you find such discrepancies in zoning and usage mostly in historic neighborhoods. 

I almost caved and did Zillow Premier, but I've just heard so many horror stories and seen many people spend crazy amounts of money to get nothing.
