I sure don't want to consider myself an abuser of this forum, and therefore don't see that as a proper solution.Nonetheless I do agree with @Joshua Dorkin that it can disrupt the flow of conversation... but I don't agree that most forums act this way; I've been a member of multiple forums, and most of them have options to delete posts... rather than contacting support or marking your own post as abusive.I digress...

I believe they're almost 8% with that program currently but if it provides an entry point, you should consider it!

At what point would you suggest considering other avenues with the cash flow.

If they try switching you to a regular PM structure or you're considering them for PM, run for the hills.

I'm planning to turn it into a rental and was wondering if I should consider hiring a property manager for my first rental.

You can also consider selling the properties to the tenants on terms.
