We are also reviewing a company that can use it to scan bank statements and tax retturns to quickly sort where money is spent and if documents are fraudulent.

A lot of investors are jumping to secondary lines of insurance coverage and the problem with those is that the companies are based in the Cayman Islands or the Bahamas a lot of the time, and it is suspect that they would actually pay out if the need arose unfortunately.   

The home will need some work, but I am excited about it.I would appreciate any recommendations for a reasonably priced insurance company for the unit while I am rehabbing it.

My company for my personal house covers my STR very reasonably.

@George Cummings If the property is not owned by the company, it should not have been on the company's tax returns.

I don't even need a management company.

Some other "adventures" I am looking at - the existing tenant is section 8 and the current property management company likely will not continue management. 

Hi @Aloysius Martis - I'm not use how immediate your need is, but I'll be launching my property management company October 1st.

For example both of our electricians are aging out but their sons/daughters are buying them out, same for our sign company, same for our Real Estate company.

ANY company or developer that has to give you a free flight, hotel or car stay WELL AWAY... they have to do that for  a reason as they dont have a good reputation locally.Happy to advise for anyone wanting further UAE knowledge on real estate.
