If you don't have a US-based bank account, I would get one as that's a requirement by most lenders.

You'll typically need to set up your account and get familiar with the process of working with the local housing authority.

In short, having all the conversations and commitments in strategy, setting up LLC and all the fun docs of who's doing what, and I'd suggest even getting initial funding into account for at least EM. 

Bonus if you do any of this in a Roth account.

 @Patrick Pan not all states take such measures, and you can ask a reputable tenant screening company in your area how that works.  

It was all really quick, and the time to complete everything happened a lot faster than I expected (which was a good thing).I was worried at first that I had to use all the partners that Rent to Retirement had, but it was really easy for me to shop around for different lenders with different terms and rates, insurance providers, and property management company.

If your company were to manage the STR in CR how do you deal with matter of safety / home burglaries? 

@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with. 

The court uploads its docket ussually days ahead of when the doc is recorded and uploaded to the clerk/recorders office.PAy attention to what they are charging once you go over your free limit for whatever account you pay for.
