Scenarios: 1) If I throw the ball on them with my labs (puppies: 9 months and 24 months old) - they slide all over the floor and it's not phased 3) vacuuming with shop vacuum, mopping up after using shop vac (I believe particles vacuum did not collect), moving washer/dryer (doing it carefully), etc it seems to scratch very easily.

When the older residents die, their kids already have established homes and just want to dump the property to the first person who wants to buy it (maybe a slum-lord who doesn't care that his tenants have a drive-through meth-lab in a shed behind the house). 

This evening I received this letter back from the listing agent, basically telling me that the neighbors said that the property was a meth lab.

It's a great chemistry and collaborative fit. 

After graduating I worked at Southern California Edison (the power company) as an Engineering in their technology labs for 4 years.

I did not want to get a phone call from the buyers 3 days after they moved in, because the neighbors told them they bought a meth lab.

I have not seen the inside but even if its a meth lab I got a great deal.  

I currently have about $10k invested in the stock market that I can pull out, and will be working in a research lab making about $20k next year.
