Very excited to start this new chapter in my life, I will be working as a part time realtor for now.

It is a book based on research that he and his team performed to let only data speak and not their personal views.So in the first three chapters, some big things stuck out to me.1.

I just started reading Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor by  @Amanda Han and Matt McFarland and - while I haven't gotten past the chapter on Deductions quote yet - I suspect you can deduct them but there may be more details I am missing. 

Any realtor/turnkey companies/PM recommendations are highly appreciated since I haven't purchased there since 2009.Anyway, very excited to explore this next chapter and see what's possible.

Chapter 3 is pure gold and should put any pessimism to rest

the exact wording is " the clerk shall without further order of the court issue a write of possession to the person whos name is on the COT" now i need to know if chapter 718 and 720 can come into play ?
