QUESTION - have you had any calls from your marketing this way...and can you see when the images have been taken - hint, this is not the same date on the Google Copyright date which is whatever the current year is, but you have to look a little deeper down, where it says 'image capture 2014' or whatever year.That is a very cool thing if it works...maybe you look at the year before you start 'driving' down that particular road...and if it's say 2015 or newer...you go for it?

Not only does this create a less fearful first contact environment for the seller, it also helps you qualify them before getting on the phone and best of all allows you to capture their phone number even if they don't leave a message.Although not directly related to finding the deals, I would add that in any highly competitive area speed and personal touch can make a huge difference.
