Might be a better card if you get a big kickback at the furniture store and you need more stuff, or travel a lot.  

I purchased for $420k and the house needed quite a bit of updating/fixing and furniture, so I spent another $64,000 in repairs using my savings along with credit cards...yeah...ouch...I know...

On the asset side you would show assets you personally own including houses, cars, furniture, life insurance policies, etc.

So question is  to build a 2 story, approximately 1000 sq ft with basement on a vacant lot turnkey(I give you the money and you give me the key when you’re done, all it need is furniture) with a basement, what would maximum cost be? 

You will have to spend at least 15k furniture, kitchen appliances bedding ect, IMO not worth it .

I’ve heard of stories where people verified with fake IDs and stolen credit cards and went into homes and stole appliances and furniture.
