Hi BiggerPockets team.I just passed NJ real estate salesperson exam and now trying to find investor friendly brokerage to hang my license.Any recommendations?

Just imagine a guest getting shocked because the GFI was not installed properly, or you hang a chandelier too low over a tub, or wrong type of can light in shower, or.........?

This would also be a good chance to meet with some brokers to see who will be a good fit to hang my license with!

The one hang up on sliders is if you're using them for a washer/dryer closet, in which case the sliders are a real PITA to get the laundry from one machine to the other. 

We don't want to hand it over to the ones we did not like, as it may become more of a headache.If someone could advice what can be done next, would really appreciate it, feels like our options exhausted, but i don't want for the house just hang in there, eating interest.

You don't say where you are, but for much of the country, larger sheetrock jobs run between $.80-1.10 per square foot of wall space -- that's labor and materials for hanging and finishing (ready for paint).

There are holes in the walls with wires actually hanging out.
