Realistically, BRRR or wholesaling or other ideas that require a bigger time investment are not good for me - I run my business so I don't have much time left.

If you are single, look for uneven multis where you can live in a small unit and rent out the bigger one (e.g. - 1/1 and a 3/2 instead of 2/1 and 2/1)2.

Hello Bigger pockets just dropped the blog link attached with current hedge funds buying single family homes .

It’s too much to explain, just not worth it… Invest in America, vacation/live in Europe…Europe is as big as the US and the differences between markets is even bigger because Europe is made up of different countries.

The longer you hold a property, the bigger and more expensive Cap-X get's. 

I would start with single family and small multifamily to get familiar with the real estate market and make sure this is something you're passionate to do for the next 20 years and then grow into bigger multifamily deals.I hope this helps.
