I know that the time difference can be a pain living in Asia and it sucks waking up for a phone call at 3am, but that's your best bet to solve this issue.

I've lived in SE Asia for years.

But they either made their wealth in the U.S. or they immigrated to the U.S. during times when Asia did not seem to have good prospects.The genuinely wealthy people of Asia today - the kind who may buy properties abroad - are not going to be interested in moving to the U.S.

I have also checked out Asia Denson's company (Denson Construction) and would like to take a trip to Detroit to explore the city and surrounding areas more.
