But most people have partners or employees when they get to that size and then it takes a lot more doors to get up to $10,000 a month when you need to pay other people to help you with the work it takes to acquire and manage so many units  The reason I am writing this is not to make anyone feel bad, or dash your dreams.

If I had to I’d walk dogs, babysit, door dash delivery my way to enough extra cash to make another payment or two or 3, and not take the 100k discount just because it’s hard.

Yes, i see many of these holding attraction power and what-not BUT in context of "significant growth", no, these areas already had a mad-dash "gold-rush" of people and it's clearly stepped back to consolidation.

If you would like to add your own GL Account, you give it a number in column C of the Chart of Accounts tab (only the number, dashes is just a formatting thing) and what account that account rolls into in column A.

If you're referencing the phone # to find the fb profile, just type the phone number with no dashes, and also try with dashes, in the search bar at the top.
