Hello everyone,So my commercial tenant is going to court with one of those ADA compliance warriors and it hasn't been completed yet, but I was wondering if it's ruled against my tenant, is it a tenant responsibility or a landlord responsibility to bring it up to compliance?

@Todd Powell, you should probably consult an attorney, but my understanding is that emotional support animals are not covered by either the ADA or Oregon State Law.

So, you need to think about zoning and then other things with which you may need to comply as a business (ADA access, restroom capacity, etc).
