Is your goal to use being an agent for your own personal investments or actively try and grow your agent business to eventually leave your W2?

Because I'm here, active in the market and I do NOT want every fool rushing in and ruining it for me and my clients.    

I have a template that I provide and they can either complete the template or just give me their documents and I'll complete the template before prepping the taxes.Self Managed, High Volume, Very Organized - these folks keep up on their activity. 

Cameras are motion-activated, can give you alerts, you can record the video and access it from anywhere, etc.

It is not uncommon for syndicators to list properties they were passive LP investors in, and for sure to list properties they were/are also a part of GP, with limited/minimal active management roles.

There is no active electric and where the breakers were taken out of the breaker box.

For C to B-Larger developments announced nearby-Increased activity in new construction-Building of commercial retail in or near the neighborhood. 

I've been active in Indianapolis for nearly 10 years.

Given the lack of activity / buyers in the market at this time with rates, would you reccomend holding and renting it until the market is better to sell in? 

The market was much more active at the time though than it is now, so it could be easier now.
