GM often will rent blocks of homes/multi's out for workers or interns, often using small/unknown companies so LL or PM don't jack up the prince knowing it is GM.

At the 200k range you can be effective in the Prince George's realm but it all comes do to how you approach things. 

My sister is eyeing a foreclosure in Prince George county MD, just looking to get feedback on fixing up properties there and whether there may be stricter bldg codes to worry about if needing a lot of rehab.

Details I'm looking at: Budget is 350k; 3+ BR, 2+ BA; Single-Family Home or Townhome; Low HOA; Also looking to rent rooms (House Hack).Amazon workers are not likely to live in Anacostia... that would require them to go over two bridges in order to get to work.... if an Amazonian is looking for cheap housing they are more likely going to look at Prince Georges County in Suitland or Oxon Hill by the MGM casino and then they only have to cross the Wilson Bridge.
