Prince George county MD (near DC) area foreclosures/auctions

My sister is eyeing a foreclosure in Prince George county MD, just looking to get feedback on fixing up properties there and whether there may be stricter bldg codes to worry about if needing a lot of rehab.  Also, if anyone has feedback on experiences with auction.com, that would be great to hear as well. It looks like the bank foreclosed on the property at 180k Aug 2017. Is there a way to predict what the bank is likely to accept when bidding at auction.com?  Thanks for any feedback!
