My personal observation is that it may be starting to soften a bit.

I am a new to real estate investing but have been observing from the sidelines for several years now.

I decided this would be a good order to do so because as an agent I can learn how the market works and apply that knowledge to my future investments.I've observed the BP community for a while, and I can really see how positive it is!

If...after a year or two you have observed what they do, how they do it and can see a benefit to doing the management yourself to save the money...then maybe bring it in.
