New member, and new to Seattle!

Hi everyone! My name is Connor, I'm 20 years old and I recently found bigger pockets through some researching on real estate investing. I've lived the city scene nearly my whole life, but I never truly knew what was out there until I met the metropolitan giant that is Seattle and its surrounding communities. To me it screams POTENTIAL!

I've had this secret interest in real estate for such a long time, and I decided I needed to finally pursue it. My future is in my control so I thought I'd finally reach out and introduce myself and share my goals, with hopes I'll meet others with similar goals or who have input on those. Knowledge is the goal!

There's a few things I want to accomplish:

First, I want to first begin a career as a RE Agent. I'm aware of how much work it takes to be one, but I'm never afraid to try and fail. After doing some research it seems like a great way to make a good income, but also meet new people, help people, and open up my life to the great experiences that are out there!

Second, after I've integrated into my career and have really established myself, I want to begin to invest in real estate as well. I decided this would be a good order to do so because as an agent I can learn how the market works and apply that knowledge to my future investments.

I've observed the BP community for a while, and I can really see how positive it is! You all struggle together and thrive together. I love that! If you all have input for me, have any ideas of where I can go or what I should do, please let me know! I'm young and eager to learn more! Thank you, and I hope to work together with some of you soon!
