When he talks about European stocks vs Japanese stocks try to ask yourself "what is the principle here?

If he borrows that much money and can't sell the finished house, he is going under.If the area is really attractive, European buyers and South American buyers love pre-construction where they can put their money in as they get it and don't have it sitting around where their families can beg for it.

Guys, as someone who has lived in another country for much of his life, I can say that America is still a pretty nice country on the whole.It is true that we have been heading towards European-style economic policy for a while now, but that is actually a trend that was started over a century back.
