Jacob,The advice you are getting from this guy who is "in lending" is very vague and is not covering all of the fine lines that manufactured home financing requires.

Would it be wise to use a HELOC on our current residence to use for a down payment on a new property You can make $ investing anywhere.

Or is that actual so you have the ability to add more to the bottom line?
