To be fair one unit was in the process of evicting a tenant, however, they had dropped the ball on the eviction as well.Along with the owners, the 3 units were given a quick facelift, primarily consisting of paint, blinds and some new flooring.Yes, the demand is high.

In you post you mentioned you are looking to sell in one whole transaction so I would consider this out of the question.In selling as as you either have to A) show a developer or interested party how they can make money to increase your price or B) list it blindly and hope someone sees value.

Hi @Jose Castillo,As long as you're getting your message out to them, and you're consistently mailing, the color of the ink probably doesn't have as big of an impact as you might think.I started with yellow until I ran out and went to white paper with purple ink until my wife told me (I'm color-blind).

I ask because there are no reviews anywhere, and to pay thousands of dollars to blindly start classes, it seems like there should be a few reviews out there that are realistic, not just testimonials posted at their own websites.Any help here please?

I purchased one recently for $40k, nothing is selling near your prices in our area but maybe you have a lot less demand for housing.This isn't an investment approach someone should walk into blindly.
