It is a townhouse and the adjacent property (that previously had an identical interior layout and size) has gone through a renovation to expand the kitchen by approximately 100 sqft, and add a second bathroom.This adjacent property is currently renting for $300-400 more than what I believe I can rent my property for.

Of course the brick is more expensive due to its obvious fact that it's made of brick and wood deck otherwise the interior is pretty much similar in both properties.

I do show properties alone as a female but if there is a single male that shows up at viewing I let him go look at the interior by himself and then come back outside after to converse.

That said there are other more expensive products like MH Ready Patch (original formula with high VOC levels if you can find it), Synko Patch and DAP Platinum Patch which are designed for both interior and exterior use on wood, plaster, masonry, etc.
