I have a  rental property in USA and a land in India.

I am muslim so i was bullied all through highschool so I wanted to prove a point back by serving for our country because I was basically the first muslim kid in my school.

That's what they used large denomination currency for, but now India doesn't even issue large (I think like >$50) bills any more exactly for tax collections.Brave new world. 

Bay Area can only be compared with another city in the world that has tech and research macro/micro-economy, let's say Singapore or Bangalore India or even Shanghai.

Unfortunately, they hire people with Masters degrees from Mexico, Philippines, or India for $10 an hour.

One of them has a green card, and the other does not.Both are in India now but used to live in the USA.Assuming I follow all the securities law and regulations, from taxes standpoint, do either one of them have any US tax liability?

Now India is down, watch what that does to the supply chain.When I look at home prices, the question really is are homes going up, or is the dollar going down?
