I was wondering if it is worth paying for BP pro membership for the special discount with Home Depot (e.g. flooring, appliances, etc). 

Their customer service was poor.  

., it definitely fights the arguments on re-fis with the appraiser but I'm noticing there's just a liquidity issue that is skewing things.I try to essentially start at the floor and work my way up on the ARV as opposed to seeing the highs and working it down.

Garbage- Dumpster or can you get can service?  

Without getting into the weeds of our conversation, their response was as expected highlighting their service and ability to facilitate a loan.

Paint, floors, fixtures. rents are about 1800-2k, going to list if for 2k once the rehab is done.  225k to buy. 25% down. 22k rehab.

My company has been offering furnishing and design services since 2018 in this field and I've never heard of them before.

Those that own it can be harder to sell as the cash flow from the business will cover the debt service for the business, but not for the real estate.Example: I had a very high-end assisted living facility on the market. 

The employee was previously working for MCT Diversified Services whose owner is Chuck Tomei.
